I found the hotel to be in a convenient location, close to shops and the waterfront, which made it easy to walk around. However, the room was not serviced after the first night, despite having the 'please make up my room' tag on the door. The service was lacking in manner and friendliness, as they were knocking on the door at 10:15 am wanting to see if we had left yet.
